Mohare Danda ,also appreciated as Mohare Hill trek for families and friends ,is among the newly discovered trekking routes in the southern part of the Annapurna region. Like other trekking routes, Mohare Danda is also noted for sunrise view, sunset view, and sightseeing. Moreover, it also allows you to witness the vintage tradition, cultures of Gurung and Magar hamlets at Khibang and Tikot villages.

drive to Galeshwor from Pokhara for almost 3 hours. You can have your lunch either at Pokhara or at Galeshwor. After the rest of 1 hour, trek to Banskharka for 3 hours. Walking along the bank of the Kali Gandaki river is an enthralling experience. Make yourself comfortable at Banskharka overnight.
Trek to Nangi from Banskharka on the second day takes you 6 hours. The easy trekking routes in this region make the trekking experience more easier and comfortable. The striking prospect of the landscape appears everywhere around the trek route. You can find multiple eco-friendly guest houses around Nangi.
Following the trails along the lush and verdant Oak and rhododendron forests from Nangi to Mohare Danda ( Hill ) takes you 5 hours at most. Several peaks such as Annapurna South ( 7,219 meters ), Machhapuchhre ( 6,997 meters ), Nilgiri ( 7,061 meters ), and Tukuche ( 6,920 meters ) offer an awe-inspiring prospect throughout the trek. Mohare Hill offers a great view of the sunset around the landscape.
Witness the elegant sunrise from Mohare Danda along with some spectacular prospect of mountains around the panorama. Descent trek of 6 hours of trek from Mohare Danda takes you to the beautiful eco-village of Khibang. Khibang is a popular homestay place around the Mohare Danda circuit.
Tikot is a small Magar village situated at 2,210 meters in Kaski district. 4 hours of trek from Khibang to Tikot village offers a scenic view of the landscape. Without a doubt, Tikot Village is an elegant Magar settlement of Nepal. Overnight at lodge or homestay.
Trek to Tiplyang from Tikot village takes you 3 hours at most. It is the last village of this trek which faces the Annapurna massif from the south and sits on the bank of Kali Gandaki River. Take a one hour drive from Tiplyang to Pokhara. Explore the beautiful Pokhara city.
Catch a flight back to Kathmandu for 25 minutes or drive along Prithvi Highway for 7 hours.
